Return window

Requests can be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Log in to your account and open My Orders, or contact our support team (live chat or support@cheaperjerseys.com).
  2. Tell us your order number and the reason — wrong size, defect, or wrong item received.
  3. We’ll send you the return address and instructions within 24 hours.
  4. Once your item arrives and passes inspection, we ship your exchange or refund within 2 business days.

Who pays return shipping?

  • Defective or wrong item — we cover the return shipping cost.
  • Personal reasons (size exchange, changed mind) — return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Customized jerseys

Personalized jerseys (custom name, number, or patches) are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective. Please double-check your spelling and size before ordering.

Refund timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
